1. I click on small attach image in posted reply (in discuss).
2. (browser console log by F12): GET query: http://domain.com/ru/%D0%B3%D0%BB%D0%B0%D0%B2%D0%BD%D0%B0%D1%8F.html%3Fcontroller%3Dattachment%26task%3DdisplayFile%26tmpl%3Dcomponent%26id%3D5
3. (browser console log by F12): server return code 500

So, yes, access is "read-only"...
Can you tell me the changes you want to make? (because this version - Production)
Or advise how best to do so as not to break the current? (e.g., versioning changes)

I am sorry for the late reply.
When I trying to access your site/administrator I got 404 - Sorry, but the post that you are trying to access is not available. Can you provide us with the correct admin login so that we can assist you on this issue. When I try to access your FTP but I got 
Error:	Server unexpectedly closed network connection

Error:	Could not connect to server

By the way, when I inspected your site, I found that when clicking the image, I got 404 (not found). Here my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/jTKGbsXH59 . I suspected that there is some missing files in your site. Can you provide us with the correct backend access and ftp access so that we can further check this issue on your site.

Please be advise.

Ok, but you reading first post in this discussion?!
Link is incorrect: in attachment field (in discussion)
and in E-mail message: urlencode() ALL: link and all parts!
Please check place where link is formed and fix it.
(multi-byte SEF URL; 2 bytes with %XX in url paths; anywhere in easy_discuss_module)

Hi Evgeniy,

Thank you for your response. I've tried both your latest SFTP link and your administrator's link but I am unable to access. Your latest administrator link gave me a 404 error. Kindly refer to the screenshot given: http://screencast.com/t/EB1vt54jGj and http://screencast.com/t/sdBivVa9 . We need the access in order to debug this issue since we cannot replicate this issue with our local. Can you please verify that both your latest administrator and SFTP link works?
