Hi,
we would like to start developing apps for stackideas products, mainly EasySocial, EasyBlog and EasyDiscuss and we are wondering if there is/are any APIs we can use?

It depends on what sort of integrations you are looking at. If you are looking at REST api's, we don't have a documentation for this yet. If you are looking at PHP api's, it's best that you take a look at our existing libraries in /administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes
