I have do some global search, it seems like HWDMediaShare developer already developed an apps integration with Easysocial, you can take a look of this reference link -> http://hwdmediashare.co.uk/learn/docs/45-addons/729-using-easysocial-with-hwdmediashare

To be honestly, I personal haven't try this in our locally, perhaps you can consult with HWDMediaShare support how to get the installer and try in one of your test site and see how it goes.
