Hi.
For some reason on my site, the Ajax refresh when viewing a profile "About" is no longer working. When clicking on each of the sections, instead of the Ajax refresh, the page reloads.
What could be causing this?
Dave
Hi Dave,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Regarding your issue, it seems like the issue was caused by your system plugin 'System - Ads Starter Elite'. When this plugin enabled, I received this error message when accessing your profile page. Please see http://screen.stackideas.com/2014-10-24_1245.png

Anyway, I've temporary disabled this system plugin from your site and now the 'about' link is loading the content via ajax. Please see http://screen.stackideas.com/2014-10-24_1309.swf

Hope this help and have a nice day!

Hello Dave,

Is there any customizations added on the site? I would like to perform a re-install of EasySocial because it does seem like there's some javascript errors and it seems to be caused by some sort of customizations.

Also, it seems like you are requesting support for 2 different domains. The current domain, and also the u-read site. If you do plan on getting support for multiple sites, please consider purchasing another license or opt to upgrade to the Unlimited version

P/S: You should really consider removing some unnecessary plugins on your site as there are just too many stuffs going on there. It's really hogging your site very badly.

Hi Mark.
Firstly, U-Read is effectively dead in the water - I don't really use it anymore and don't request support for issues on it.
What JavaScript errors are you seeing, as I'm not seeing any, but you are better at this sort of thing than me.
As for plugins, I didn't think I had that many. I've only added ones I think I need to make the site functions (JFCB, AdSense Plugin etc). Of course, again, welcome your suggestions.
If you think a reinstall of ES will fix the issue, then go for it (providing I don't lose any data).
