Currently there are no settings for this but you can always edit the theme file at /media/com_easysocial/apps/fields/user/birthday/themes/default/display_content.php and remove the codes below:

By the way, I strongly advise you to start a new thread in the future rather than riding on another person's thread. This would be easier for you and us to track on your issues

You can find the settings from your backend > easysocial > profile types > [choose your profile] > custom field > birthday fields.

I would start my own thread on this, except that I am interested in the exact same thing as the OP. The original poster wrote:

This is currently not possible with the settings unfortunately. You can display just a birthday or a birthday with one's age. But you cannot display just your age without your birthday. I don't mind showing my age, but I am a bit pickier about showing my birthday to non friends for security reasons (doctors office and such always ask for this info to verify that I am who I claim to be). Should I create a voice page for hiding your birthday? Having this option would enable us to display just your age.

We don't need an option to show age, that is already possible as seen here:

What we do need is an option to hide the birthday (day/month/year). When the birthday is hidden, the age should then be removed from parentheses.
