I understand admin can create an announcement that will appear on user login. How and where can I set this up? I can't seem to locate it in the back or front end

Hello,

I have a question about announcements.
How can I give the possibility to some Joomla user groups to create announcements ?
Because now only Superusers on my website have this possibility. And the administrators with less "powers" than SuperUser have not.

Hello Edgar,

Currently only super user will have access to the announcements features and it is not possible to altering this behavior yet.
