I am using geommunity, I have two questions. How do I find my user ES addressfield ID because I need to into this in geommunity so that it can know where to put users on its map

2. How do i find the addressfield ID's for my groups and events? or do i have to make a extra field during registration that has area for them to input an address...if so then how do you do that?
Hi Jamar Jp Pugh ,

Sorry for late reply to this,

You can go to this page -> http://replaceyourdomainname.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=events&layout=categoryForm&id=6 > Click on Custom field tab > scroll down until address custom field > inspect the element using your browser development tool (check my screenshot : http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-06-09_1558.png ) so you can get the address custom field id here. Hope this help.

Hi Jamar Jp Pugh,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Are you referring with custom field `unique key` or `custom field id`?

Perhaps you can try go to your backend > Easysocial > profile type > select your profile type > custom field tab > click edit your address custom field > advanced tab > Unique Key (This for the user location field)

Or try to inspect the element, check my screenshot below.

For the event/group address field, you also can go to your backend > Easysocial > Group/event > select category > click custom field tab > edit the address field > or inspect it and get the id of the custom field.

Hope this help.

I got the groups to show up on my geommunity map by adding a address field to the group regristration but it didnt work for the events. The event already had a address field and I made a event and location with that but it didnt show up on the map, so i deleted that and dragged and dropped another one, it still didnt work. I know on the geommunity setup, it ask for you to input the Addressfield Id for, group and event. For my group I put 125 and events the same but the events is not showing up. maybe in my backend you can help figure this out. to check if it works on the map, the map is under the menu called suitcase.

Hello Jamar,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

To be honest I'm not sure how geocommunity work as I never have the chance to play around with it. Perhaps you can provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can test it directly and maybe find out what is wrong?

Please advise.

Hi Jamar,

Sorry for late reply to this,

I have do some global search regarding this integration with Easysocial event, it seems like they mentioned "Integration of EasySocial Events only 80% completed", you can take a look of this 2 reference link.
http://extensions.joomla.org/extension/geommunity-map-for-easysocial
http://www.geommunity3.com/
Perhaps you can consult with Geommunity developer regarding this? Because this integration is not created by us.
We will really appreciated you can share some instruction here how it work with this integration after you consult with Geommunity developer.

Looking forward of your response.

http://www.geommunity3.com/index.php/demos/geommunity3-for-easysocial
He does have events available on my extension those links you sent were outdated. I simply dont know what addressfield to give my events. It wants to know what the addressfield is for easysocial for the events address. For example I put 125 for groups and it worked. I'm still trying to figure out what or where address field are. I know it is a number that I must put in in order for the geommunity map to know where to pull the address from to show it on the map. But I dont know how or where to find the one for the events address for easysocial.

attached is picture of area I must fill in with addressfield. and site info.

Go to the menu that says suitcase on the homepage, and click on the submenu called memory map. Once there you should see on the map, A test group I made drop point show on map, but the events I have made dont show on this map...does this make sense, also so how did you make the events address ID 126 what did you do.

Hello Jamar Jp Pugh,

I'm really sorry that delayed of this reply,

To be honestly, I'm not really sure why some of the group map is not showing in that page.

Perhaps you try to consult with their Geommunity support and see how it goes?

By the way, I noticed this group map ( http://placesweago.com/index.php/community/groups/item/1-test/info ) shown on the "memory map", check my screenshot below.
