I am using the migrator for JomSocial. I am seeing that each address field (street, city, state, etc) is coming over as a separate field, all formatted as "address" in EasySocial, but none one complete address that can be geocoded. I am guessing that I am going to have to go in and do something in the back end to get these all into the correct format in EasySocial.

I'm thinking the addresses should have a field mapping so they can get in there correctly the first time...
Hello Beth,

When you migrate the address field over to EasySocial, it will actually map it according to the field code in JomSocial. As long as the field code in JomSocial uses the following field codes, it should be able to migrate correctly,

field_address
field_city
field_state
field_zip
field_country

My fields are close. I don't have field_address, but I have all of the rest. The only exception is mine is called field_postal instead of field_zip. I guess I'm going to have to do this in the backend. I was really hoping to avoid that.

So... thee fields get created once for each membership type? That's a little crazy. This is going to be challenging...

Hi Beth,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Are you using the latest version of EasySocial?
Also, can you pass me your Joomla backend admin access and your FTP account so that I can take a look at your issue again?

By the way, can i re-run the migration for you? I might need to purged all the previous migrated items and re-run the migration to fix your issue.
Please advise.
Sam
