When customers make an offline payment, they need some way to let us know that the payment has been made.
This is generally done through emailing the payment "proof of payment" or other payment information.

Is it possible to add an (Optional) proof of payment field?

I am not sure if I understand you here. Do you mean you just want to display the e-mail address on the checkout?

Yes.
Sorry...reading through my original support request its not clear.
The idea is that, when members get to the offline payment option, that the email address for Proof of payment is displayed.
Most offline payments are made via EFT and then they need to send us the details.
Its easiest if the email address they need to send the payment details to, is displayed at checkout as well.

Also, a generic text field would be great to have, to issue custom instructions pr plugin!
