Adding global search to the main nav.

Hi there, is there anyway in the new release to get the global search into the main nav area like it is in wanderers - this is basically a core feature for my site and the single most used element of the site. Wanderers had a great feature when it had this search area in the centre of the main nav - can this be done here?

Hey James,

You could actually just place the search module at the top position. Wouldn't that be sufficient?

Not particularly, wanderers is much more elegant for the user and much more keeping with other social network trends where the search is actually a form of navigation these days, most people search for a page or profile or event before actually clicking for it now.

Hey James,

Isn't it the same as it displays the searchbox at the top eh? If you see at http://wanderers.stackideas.com/ , the search is just a text box.
