May i know what do you mean by `But i doesn't appear in backend language section of EasyBlog component.`? perhaps you can provide us with your Joomla backend and FTp access into http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can help you check on this.

By the way, try follow my instruction below and see how it goes?

#1. Install `French (fr-FR)` and `French (fr-CA)` from backend > extension > language manager
#2. Go to backend > Easyblog > language > click purge button > click discover button > select `French (fr-FR)` and `French (fr-CA)` and click install button
#3. Copy all the language string from JoomlaFolder\language\fr-FR\fr-FR.com_easyblog.ini and paste into JoomlaFolder\language\fr-CA\fr-CA.com_easyblog.ini
