Is it possible to only allow the permission to "Accept Answer" to a users own posts?
Hey there,

When the ACL is disabled, they are unable to accept answer on other people's posts.

But they still can able to do it on their own posts.

Hey there,

Do you mean that you only want the post owner can able to mark as answer on their own post?

If yes, you can disable this ACL setting of the user group as shown in the screenshot. https://take.ms/yr4ZU

So it is only available for the post owner.

Take note that site admin and moderator can always mark as answer on other posts as well.

Hi Irwin,

Yes, I would only want the person (or admin) that created the post to be able to "Accept Answer". So when the ACL is set to no does that mean only their post allows it or none at all?

Thanks,
Alex
