About permalink and blog template

Hello.

I want to disable the choice of the blog template and the permalink to the blogger (frontend side). See the screenshot.
Can I hide these options?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply .

Regarding your enquiry to hide for that option is not possible, for option blog theme you can disable at component EasyBlog-> settings-> layout-> General-> Multi Blogger Themes-> Multi Author Themes-> choose NO.

For Blog permalink right now don't have option to disable it at backend want you can do is put additional css style
<div class="form-group" style="display:none !important;">

in you file at ...components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/dashboard/account/blog.php

We will put update for this option on next release version.
