Ability to moderate Komento's comment before publishing

Would be nice to not automatically publish comments once submitted, let the author check the comment first first before publishing. Also, would be nice to have the ability to customize notification emails.

Cool. Oh and just in case the option to select which group need a moderation, is to be found in "Integration ยป Workflow"
