Currently we do not have any plan for implement this in Easysocial 2.0 yet, because our developers still rushing existing 2.0 task and try to finish it as soon as possible.

Perhaps you can submit a feature request regarding this in our voice page -> http://stackideas.com/voices/easysocial we will see if we can implement this in the future version.

For now, you have to manually edit those video creation date through your database under this table `#__social_videos`.

I will do that but can you ask the dev team please. Since the code has already been created in photos, I guess it would be easier to just add in the videos.
