Hello

Here is a scenario where the activity stream item is not generated when a user creates a photo album and upload photos.
I must admit this is a bit tricky, but many of my users do that.

1. User goes to his photos page and hits "Create album" button.
2. He types in an album name and starts uploading photos.
3. He leaves the page WITHOUT clicking the "Done" button.

This way the albums gets created with the photos in it, but no stream item is created.
