500 server error on komento

Dear Sir/Madam

I am using Tixon template from Joomshaper

When I enable Komento it cause 500 server error on all joomla articles.

Could you please let me know why it happens?

The error:

Request Timeout

This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'.

It seems like your server or your template already override that exactly php error message to show 500 internal server error.

Can you try change your template to use Joomla default template `Protostar` and see what error appear on your page? Make sure you have enable error reporting to maximum from backend global configuration page.
