Hi! I've installed and setup Komento, working beautifully on my site. In the admin section however, I get a 500 error with some of the features, such as when I tried to change settings in configuration - database. When I hit 'save', the 500 error occurs. This has happened with a few other settings also. I've included the URL where this particular error occurred, but as I said, it's not the only one.
Could you help me please?

Return to Control Panel
I also cannot, for example, change 'system environment' from standard to optimised.

Hello Elle,

Can you give me the URL to your admin site? I've tried with this: http://www.yoursite.com/administrator but it redirect me to home page. By the way, can I have your FTP access so I can directly check your files? Please advise.

Hi nick,
Attached
As for the FTP, I normally use 'file manager' in Cpanel via siteground, but have attached details which I think should work.
Cheers, El

Hey Elle,

I have fixed this issue for you and it should work fine now. By the way, you should set the system environment to "Static" rather than "optimized"

Sorry Mark, I'm still getting the error on all my Virtuemart category pages. Like https://lushplants.com.au/all-online-plants-for-sale/all-online-plants-for-sale & https://lushplants.com.au/seeds/seeds-13
My specials page returns an SSL error 'your connection is not private': https://mail.lushplants.com.au/specials/uncategorised/on-special
Would you please take a look as soon as you can? Customers can't shop at the moment.
the products themselves seem to come up fine.

Hello Elle,

I've checked your site and I think the issue is not from Komento. Even if Komento is disabled for Virtualmart, the issue is still there. I've tried to load komento in your Joomla article and it is displayed correctly: https://lushplants.com.au/home/uncategorised/test-komento
