Hey guys,
EasyBlog is awesome, but it lacks different ways of displaying the frontpage. It would be nice to have options to have 2 or 3 columns, and options to display the frontpage more like a magazine. The frontpage options are underwhelming and need a refresh

Here is a random example of a three column layout: http://www.onedesigns.com/media/pinboard-no-leading-articles.jpg

Also, down the road, you could consider going responsive to the point where it automatically calculates how many columns. You would just have to set the desired width of each. Example: http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#ja_wall

Well could you take the current themes and just add the option to divide it up into 1, 2 or 3 columns?

btw just to get a preview of what I mean, try applying this css override. Obviously, it doesn't work as it not only affects frontpage, but it affects all the EasyBlog pages, incl. single articles... but it gives you an overview of the frontpage style. Also, it cuts articles in half, and shows half in left column and half in right column... but I am working on getting there :P

#eblog-wrapper {
-moz-column-count: 2;
-webkit-column-count: 2;
column-count: 2;
}
