I tried to install again and it gets stuck on Step 4 as in attached screen shots, after 30 mins still stuck so clicked back and exited and then I get 1056 error on site and have to revert back to vm snapshot (lucky I run virtual)

I try to access in your Joomla backend but i hitting this `Authentication Required` pop up, can you provide us with this access and FTP access so we can take a look?

I suspect that was hitting some file permission issue.

Right I have tried to run the 1.4.2 update but gets stuck in same place on 20% and if I uninstall ES and try to upload fresh 1.4.2 loader by install files I get to part to input API key and just hangs on that screen.
I know its the weekend so during next week if someone could take a look that would be great, I lock my admin area down so need to unlock for you to gain access if you could arrange a day and time I will unlock it.

I have tried to update to 1.4.4 and this time it asks for package as wont even attempt via API web, so I upload package and then fails as in screenshot as it cant find package.
I can give you access when required as I lock my admin area up and Don't have NO FTP sorry.

By the way, it would be best if you can request with your webhosting provider to setup a new FTP account so we can troubleshoot on this quickly.

Sorry i use admin tools to password lock the admin area, when can you look at this and I will unlock.
If you log in front end and let me know I will unlock admin area, sorry for the trouble and thank you for looking at this issue for me.
I run my own server but don't use FTP only use winscp for file transfer etc
