1.3.4: Notifications on mobile phones not working after upgrade

Hi
can anybody help me. i have just discovered that when am using my laptop or desk top computer am able to read the notifications on the top blue bar but after upgrading to 1.3.4, when am using my mobile phone device am unable to check my notifications and even the icons are not seen.

I have attached the screenshots of both my laptop and mobile phone

Please help

I have checked with iOS7+safari, the toolbar notifications works fine for me. http://screencast.com/t/fMFNRBIDaY
Can you try clear your mobile browser's cache and try again? If the problem persists, please provide your phone model, OS version and browser version.
