I have purchased but I can't access the downloads
This is one of a very common issues when you have purchase using a different email address and registered on our site using a different email address.
Each time you make a purchase, our system identifies you by your email address as there are no other method to confirm your identity.
If you have not yet created your account, create an account using our registration page and use the same email address that you used to purchase. If you have already created an account, create a ticket via our Priority Helpdesk.
