Our products/components are free to use but we charge a small premium for our professional technical support. The price you pay every year is the renewal of service subscription, which includes:

-> Unlimited component downloads
-> Regular component updates and builds
Your subscription has an expiry date and can be found in the Downloads page (login is required). The software would still continue to work regardless if your subscription expires and there is NO time limit on the software.
Upgrading from Community to Professional contract is as simple as clicking on the "Upgrade to Pro" link that is available under the downloads section.
Yes, all our products are licensed under the GNU/GPLv2 licensing model. There will not be any restrictions on how many sites you can install the component on. However, we will only provide support for one site which you purchased the subscriptions for.

Once your subscription is expired, you will no longer be able to download the latest products. You may still use the older releases which you have downloaded earlier on without any restrictions.
