ConverseKit 1.1.6 is available today. In this release, we have addressed an important security vulnerability involving unrestricted file upload and we strongly advise anyone who are using prior releases to update to this version the soonest possible.
This release includes a critical security fix and several other fixes:
- Fixed issue with file attachments not respecting settings from EasySocial which leads to possible unrestricted file uploads.
- Fixed issue with missing Font-Awesome icon.
- Fixed issue with OpenStreetMap not working on ConverseKit.
- Updated Facebook icon in Conversekit.
Updating ConverseKit
To update ConverseKit to the latest version, head over to your dashboard area and download the installer. Then, upload it just like how you install any plugins on your Joomla! site. Rest assured that the data will remain intact.
